Southwest Water collects fees for several miscellaneous services and five standard services: Water charges, Sewer treatment, Sewer transport, Debt service, Garbage. Of these charges, only the water and sewage transport are controlled by the city. The other charges are billed to the city by the Harrison County Wastewater District.
